Following Catalent’s announcement of its acquisition by Novo Holdings, false rumors circulated suggesting that Catalent’s facilities would be sold to Novo Nordisk, raising investor concerns about the potential impact on the value of their investment. We created this infographic to clarify that Novo Holdings and Novo Nordisk are separate entities and to demonstrate that Catalent would continue to operate as an independent company under Novo Holdings.
